快速康复护理在子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期患者中的效果研究

Study on the effect of fast rehabilitation nursing in perioperative patients after myomectomy

目的 分析实施子宫肌瘤剔除术患者采用快速康复护理方案的临床效果。方法 选取72例均行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(36例,普通护理)和观察组(36例,快速康复护理),比较两组围手术期指标和术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组排气恢复时间(13.94±3.17)h短于对照组(17.38±3.39)h,下床活动时间(1.05±0.37)d短于对照组(2.14±0.98)d,住院天数(4.18±0.39)d短于对照组(5.38±1.03)d,术后并发症发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫肌瘤剔除术期间,应用快速康复护理的干预相较于普通护理,可缩短手术时间,促进术后恢复,减少术后并发症发生率,效果更显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fast rehabilitation nursing program in patients undergoing myomectomy.Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent myomectomy were selected and randomly divided into control group(36 cases,general nursing) and observation group(36 cases,fast rehabilitation nursing).Perioperative indicators and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results The exhaust recovery time of the observation group(13.94±3.17) h was shorter than that of the control group(17.38±3.39) h,the time to get out of bed(1.05±0.37) d was shorter than that of the control group(2.14±0.98) d,the length of hospital stay(4.18±0.39) d was shorter than that of the control group(5.38±1.03) d,and the postoperative complication rate(5.56%) was lower than 25.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During myomectomy,compared with ordinary nursing,the intervention of fast recovery nursing can shorten the operation time,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and the effect is more significant.
