胰岛素治疗对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局及安全性的影响

Effect of insulin therapy on pregnancy outcome and safety in pregnant women with gestational diabetes

目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胰岛素治疗对妊娠结局及安全性影响。方法 选取2020年1月~2020年12月本院80例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,随机分为对照组(常规疗法)与研究组(采取常规疗法的同时结合胰岛素治疗)各40例,比较治疗效果。结果 血糖指标、孕妇不良妊娠结局发生率、新生儿不良妊娠结局发生率方面,研究组治疗后较对照组优,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率未见显著差异,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病临床治疗期间,胰岛素的应用有助于患者血糖水平、母婴结局改善,同时可尽可能的降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of insulin therapy on pregnancy outcome and safety in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2020to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(conventional therapy) and the study group(conventional therapy combined with insulin therapy), 40 cases in each group, and the treatment effects were compared. Results In terms of blood glucose indexes, incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women, and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of neonates, the study group was better than the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion during the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes, the application of insulin can help to improve the blood glucose level of patients, maternal and infant outcomes, and reduce the incidence of adverse events as much as possible.
