小剂量阿司匹林在子痫前期高危人群中的预防价值分析

Analysis of the preventive value of low dose aspirin in high risk group of preeclampsia

目的 分析小剂量阿司匹林在子痫前期高危人群中的预防价值。方法 选取本院2019年01月~2020年01月间80例子痫前期高危患者作为观察对象,采用随机颜色球抽取分组法,分为对照组(未予以治疗干预)和研究组(行小剂量阿司匹林治疗)各40例,比较应用效果。结果 研究组不良妊娠结局发生率及子痫发生率均低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清胎盘生长因子水平高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小剂量阿司匹林应用效果显著。

Objective To analyze the preventive value of low-dose aspirin in high-risk groups of preeclampsia. Methods 80high-risk patients with preeclampsia in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into the reference group(without treatment intervention) and the study group(treated with lowdose aspirin), with 40 cases in each group. The application effects were compared. Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and eclampsia in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of serum placental growth factor was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion low dose aspirin is effective.
