研究中药自拟汤剂在子宫肌瘤患者治疗中的临床效果

目的 调查子宫肌瘤行中药自拟汤剂治疗的价值。方法 以36例子宫肌瘤患者为样本,统一在2019年4月~2021年4月入选,按照抽签分为对照组和研究组各18例,对照组行米非司酮治疗,研究组增加中药自拟汤剂,检测性激素指标,记录肌瘤体积,观察疗效。结果 用药前检测雌二醇以及各样本的卵泡生成素,在研究组和对照组无差异,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后检测雌二醇以及各样本的卵泡生成素,在研究组比对照组低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前针对肌瘤体积进行测定和检验,在研究组和对照组无差异,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周、8周、12周时分别测定肌瘤体积并检验,在研究组均比对照组低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效率数据计算后在研究组为94.44%,检验后比对照组(61.11%)高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自拟中药汤剂可纠正性激素状态,提高有效性,快速缩小肌瘤组织。

Objective To investigate the value of self-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods A sample of 36 patients with uterine fibroids was selected from April 2019 to April 2021. According to lottery, they were divided into a control group and a research group with 18 cases in each. The control group was treated with mifepristone, and the research group added Chinese medicine Decoction was used to detect sex hormone indexes, record the volume of fibroids, and observe the curative effect. Results There was no difference between the study group and the control group in the detection of estradiol and follicle-generating hormone in each sample before administration, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the estradiol and follicle-generating hormone of each sample were detected, which were lower in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, the volume of fibroids was measured and tested, and there was no difference between the study group and the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The fibroid volume was measured and tested at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks of treatment,and it was lower in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After calculation, the effective rate in the research group was 94.44%, which was higher than that in the control group(61.11%) after the test, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction can correct the sex hormone status, improve the effectiveness, and rapidly shrink the fibroids.
