经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的价值研究

Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose the value of ectopic pregnancy

目的 研究经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查用在临床中异位妊娠患者的诊断价值。方法 对2019年1月~2020年12月期间在本院进行治疗的50例异位妊娠的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察并对比50例异位妊娠患者的经阴道彩色多普勒检查以及经腹部超声检查的图像特征以及检出情况。结果 经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对于异位妊娠的检出情况要优于经腹部超声检查的检出情况,同时对原始心管搏动的显示以及盆腔积液等图像显示更加清晰,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 和传统的经腹部超声检查相比较,经阴道超声检查对于异位妊娠的检出率有着明显提高,可以作为临床诊断的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in clinical ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients treated in this hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the image features and detection of transvaginal color Doppler examination and transabdominal ultrasound examination of 50 ectopic pregnancies were observed and compared. Results The transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was better than that of the transabdominal ultrasound, and the images of the original heart canal beat and pelvic effusion were clearer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional transabdominal ultrasound,the detection rate of transvaginal ultrasonography for ectopic pregnancy has been significantly improved, which can be used as a reference basis for clinical diagnosis.
