摘要
目的 探讨高危HPV感染检测中应用实时荧光PCR检验的价值。方法 在本院2019年10月~2021年4月期间筛选出33例高危HPV感染病人,在同一时间段再筛选出34例健康体检者,病理检查是“金标准”。然后采用实时荧光PCR检验、第二代杂交捕获试验进行诊断,分析各检查方式诊断准确性、特异度、灵敏度。结果 实时荧光PCR检验、第二代杂交捕获试验诊断高危HPV感染中,实时荧光PCR检验灵敏度要更高,约为96.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实时荧光PCR检验、第二代杂交捕获试验诊断高危HPV感染中,实时荧光PCR检验特异度要更高,约为91.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实时荧光PCR检验、第二代杂交捕获试验诊断高危HPV感染中,实时荧光PCR检验准确度要更高,约为94.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高危HPV检测中应用实时荧光PCR检验价值显著,既能提升诊断准确度,还能提升诊断特异度、灵敏度,值得应用。
Objective To explore the value of real-time fluorescent PCR in the detection of high-risk HPV infection.Methods 33 patients with high-risk HPV infection were screened in our hospital from October 2019 to April 2021, and 34 healthy people were screened at the same time. Pathological examination is the "gold standard". Then real-time fluorescent PCR and second-generation hybridization capture test were used for diagnosis, and the diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of each examination method were analyzed. Results in the diagnosis of high-risk HPV infection by real-time fluorescent PCR and secondgeneration hybridization capture test, the sensitivity of real-time fluorescent PCR was higher, about 96.97%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the diagnosis of high-risk HPV infection by real-time fluorescent PCR and second-generation hybridization capture test, the specificity of real-time fluorescent PCR was higher, about 91.18%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the diagnosis of high-risk HPV infection by real-time fluorescent PCR and second-generation hybridization capture test, the accuracy of real-time fluorescent PCR is higher, about 94.03%, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of real-time fluorescent PCR in the detection of high-risk HPV has significant value. It can not only improve the diagnostic accuracy, but also improve the diagnostic specificity and sensitivity, which is worthy of application.
