3.0T磁共振技术在子宫肌瘤诊断中的影像学分析与研究

Imaging Analysis and Research of 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Technology In the Diagnosis of Uterine Fibroids

目的 分析子宫肌瘤诊断中3.0T磁共振技术的应用价值,以期提升疾病诊断准确率,提高治疗有效性。方法分析2019年12月到2020年12月于我院进行诊疗的子宫肌瘤患者基本资料,选择82例进行研究,对所有患者进行3.0T磁共振检查和电子计算机断层扫描(CT)检查,对比两种诊断方法的准确性。结果 80例子宫肌瘤患者诊断中,3.0T磁共振检测准确率为97.56%,CT检查准确率为89.02%,数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 3.0T磁共振技术在子宫肌瘤诊断中优势明显,准确率高,图像清晰,能够为临床医师制定针对性治疗方案提供有效指导,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of 3.0T magnetic resonance technology in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids, in order to improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and improve the effectiveness of treatment. Methods The basic data of patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were analyzed, and 82cases were selected for study.3.0T magnetic resonance examination and computed tomography(CT) examination were performed on all patients, then comparing the accuracy of the two diagnostic methods. Results In the diagnosis of 80 cases of uterine fibroids,the accuracy of 3.0T magnetic resonance detection was 97.56%, and the accuracy of CT examination was 89.02%, and the data were statistically different(P<0.05). Conclusion 3.0T magnetic resonance technology has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids, with high accuracy and clear images. It can provide effective guidance for clinicians to formulate targeted treatment plans, and has clinical promotion value.
