协同护理模式应用于霉菌性阴道炎患者对其自我管理能力的改善探讨

目的 分析协同护理模式对霉菌性阴道炎患者自我管理能力的改善效果。方法 采取计算机随机分组法将本院于2020年1月~12月收治的88例霉菌性阴道炎患者分为对照组和观察者各44例。对照组施以常规护理模式,观察组应用协同护理模式。对比症状消失/改善时间、自我管理能力评分、疾病复发率。结果 观察组各症状消失/改善时间均短于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组自我管理能力评分相差不大比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组自我管理能力评分短于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组1年内疾病复发率4.55%低于对照组25.00%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在霉菌性阴道炎护理中运用协同护理模式,可以促进症状改善继而消失,并提高患者的自我管理能力,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of collaborative nursing mode on the self-management ability of patients with fungal vaginitis. Methods The 88 patients with fungal vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were divided into the control group and the observer with 44 cases in each group by computer randomization method. The control group was given the routine nursing mode, and the observation group was given the collaborative nursing mode. The time to symptom disappearance/improvement, self-management ability score, and disease recurrence rate were compared. Results The disappearance/improvement time of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of self-management ability between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After nursing, the self-management ability score of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The disease recurrence rate within 1year in the observation group was 4.55% lower than that in the control group, 25.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of collaborative nursing mode in the nursing of fungal vaginitis can promote the improvement and disappearance of symptoms, improve the self-management ability of patients, and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
