米非司酮周期疗法与孕激素治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的疗效对比

Comparison of mifepristone cycle therapy and progesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding

目的探讨对比米非司酮周期疗法与孕激素治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取60例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,采用抛币法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组采用孕激素治疗,研究组采用米非司酮周期疗法。比较两组性激素水平及临床疗效。结果研究组患者血清雌二醇、孕酮水平低于对照组,卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为100%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比孕激素,米非司酮周期疗法治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血可在短期内恢复患者性激素水平,效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of mifepristone cycle therapy and progesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding were divided into control group and study group by coin tossing method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the study group was treated with mifepristone cycle therapy.The levels of sex hormones and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum estradiol and progesterone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with progesterone,mifepristone cycle therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding can restore the sexual hormone level of patients in a short time,and the effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
