血清CA125、CA199及AFP联合检测在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的价值

Value of combined detection of serum CA125,CA199 and AFP in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors

目的研究卵巢肿瘤中行癌抗原125(CA125)、癌抗原199(CA199)及甲胎蛋白(AFP)联合检测诊断的价值。方法选取20例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者为研究组,另选取同期20例卵巢良性肿瘤患者为对照组,分别对其进行血清CA125、CA199、AFP联合检测,评估其诊断价值。结果研究组血清CA125、CA199、AFP水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中不同卵巢恶性肿瘤分期的肿瘤标志物指标比较,肿瘤标志物浓度越高肿瘤分期程度越严重,且不同分期之间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA125、CA199、AFP单项检测恶性肿瘤敏感性、特异性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其均低于联合检测的敏感性、特异性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CA125、CA199及AFP联合检测诊断卵巢肿瘤,能够显著提高特异性及敏感性,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of cancer antigen 125(CA125),cancer antigen 199(CA199)and alpha fetoprotein(AFP)in ovarian tumors.Methods 20 patients with ovarian malignant tumors were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and 20 patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected as the control group during the same period,and serum CA125,CA199,AFP were tested respectively to assess its diagnostic value Results The levels of serum CA125,CA199 and AFP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the higher the concentration of tumor markers,the more serious the tumor stage is,and the difference between different stages is statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of CA125,CA199 and AFP in single detection of malignant tumors were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but they were lower than those of combined detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA125,CA199and AFP can significantly improve the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of ovarian tumor detection,and has great clinical application value.
