超声中孕期筛查胎盘脐带入口位置异常的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of the abnormal location of the placenta and umbilical cord entrance by ultrasound during the second trimester

目的探讨超声影像学检查方法在中孕期胎盘脐带入口位置异常筛查中的应用价值。方法选取60例中孕期胎盘脐带入口位置异常孕妇,使用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组采用二维彩色多普勒超声检查,研究组采用三维彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组患者诊断准确率及诊断结果满意度。结果研究组诊断准确率(93.33%)高于对照组(60.00%);研究组诊断结果满意度(86.67%)高于对照组(53.33%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对中孕期胎盘脐带入口位置异常孕妇开展三维彩色多普勒超声影像学检查,诊断结果较为准确,值得参考借鉴。

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound imaging method in the screening of abnormal location of the placenta and umbilical cord entrance in the second trimester..Methods 60 pregnant women with abnormal position of the placenta and umbilical cord in our hospital during the second trimester were selected and divided into a reference group and a research group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Two-dimensional color doppler ultrasonography was used in the reference group,and three-dimensional color doppler ultrasonography was used in the research group.,and the diagnostic accuracy and the satisfaction of the diagnostic results were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the research group(93.33%)was higher than that of the reference group(60.00%);the satisfaction of the diagnostic results of the research group(86.67%)was higher than that of the reference group(53.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional color doppler ultrasonography was carried out for pregnant women with abnormal position of the placenta and umbilical cord in the second trimester,and the diagnostic results are more accurate and worthy of reference.
