PDCA循环模式联合细节护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用价值

Application value of PDCA circulation model combined with detail nursing in laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection

目的分析腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者实施PDCA循环模式联合细节护理的应用价值。方法选取40例行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用PDCA循环模式联合细节护理。比较两组患者手术指标、并发症发生情况及生存质量评分。结果观察组患者住院时间、下床活动时间及首次肛门排气时间分别为(6.13±1.28)、(1.57±0.33)、(1.84±0.39)d,均显著短于对照组的(9.28±3.18)、(2.38±0.57)、(3.28±0.69)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后未发生并发症,对照组患者术后并发症发生率为20.00%,观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理健康、心理状态、社会功能、独立能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者实施PDCA循环模式联合细节护理可改善手术指标,降低并发症发生率,提高术后患者生存质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA cycle combined with detailed nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Methods 40 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received PDCA cycle mode combined with detail nursing.Surgical indicators,complications and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay,ambulation time and first anal exhaust time in observation group were(6.13±1.28),(1.57±0.33),(1.84±0.39)d,respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in control group(9.28±3.18),(2.38±0.57),(3.28±0.69)d.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no postoperative complications in the observation group,while the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was 20.00%.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of physical health,psychological state,social function and independent ability in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with detailed nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can improve surgical indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve postoperative quality of life,which has clinical application value.
