品管圈管理在不孕症患者中的应用价值

Application value of quality control circle management in infertility patients

目的探讨不孕症患者实施品管圈管理的应用效果。方法选取94例不孕症患者,采用随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组患者实施常规管理,观察组患者实施品管圈管理。比较两组管理前后心理状态及生活质量评分。结果管理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于管理前,且观察组SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(21.89±2.35)、(22.03±4.55)分,明显低于对照组的(39.77±2.36)、(41.19±4.56)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,两组患者生活质量评分明显高于管理前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不孕症患者实施品管圈管理可明显调节不良心理状态,提高生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle management in infertile patients.Methods 94 infertile patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 47 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine management,and patients in observation group received quality control circle management.Psychological status and life quality scores of the two groups were compared before and after management.Results Before management,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than before,and SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were(21.89±2.35)and(22.03±4.55)respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(39.77±2.36)and(41.19±4.56).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before management,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between 2 groups(P>0.05);After management,quality of life score of 2 groups was significantly higher than before management,and observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle management for infertility patients can obviously adjust the adverse psychological state,improve the quality of life,and has clinical application value.
