宫腔球囊填塞与B-Lynch缝合治疗产后出血的效果分析

Effect analysis of intrauterine balloon tamponade and B-Lynch suture for postpartum hemorrhage

目的 分析宫腔球囊填塞与B-Lynch缝合治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法 选取60例产后出血患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组应用B-Lynch缝合治疗,研究组应用宫腔球囊填塞治疗。比较两组患者术前、术中、术后出血量、手术时间、完全止血时间及住院时间。结果 两组术前出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组术中、术后2 h、24 h出血量分别为(111.33±16.92)、(632.25±63.18)、(721.26±69.06)ml,均少于对照组的(138.89±25.73)、(765.93±89.42)、(886.95±98.62)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、完全止血时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比B-Lynch缝合治疗,宫腔球囊填塞治疗方式应用于产后出血的效果显著,可明显减少患者出血量,加快止血时间,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade and B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with B-Lynch suture,and the study group was treated with balloon tamponade.The preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,operation time,complete hemostasis time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative,2 h and 24 h blood loss in the study group were(111.33±16.92),(632.25±63.18) and(721.26±69.06) ml,respectively.Compared with control group(138.89±25.73) ml,(765.93±89.42) ml,(886.95±98.62) ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,complete hemostasis time and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with B-Lynch suture treatment,intrauterine balloon packing has a significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage,which can significantly reduce the amount of blood loss and speed up the hemostasis time,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
