剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩(VBAC)是指既往曾接受过剖宫产术的女性再次妊娠分娩时选择阴道分娩的方式,而掌握剖宫产术后阴道试产指征的把握和评估至关重要。由于VBAC具有子宫破裂风险,所以存在较大的争议。经临床实践,与VBAC相关的问题研究也逐渐达成了一定共识,本文就剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩的研究进展进行综述如下。

Vaginal birth after cesarean(VBAC) refers to the choice of vaginal delivery in women who have undergone cesarean section in the past.It is very important to grasp and evaluate the indications for vaginal trial delivery after cesarean section.VBAC is controversial because of its risk of uterine rupture.Through clinical practice,research on issues related to VBAC has gradually reached a certain consensus.This article reviews the research progress of vaginal delivery after cesarean section.
