小剂量米非司酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的效果

Effect of low dose mifepristone combined with estradiol valerate on perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding

目的 研究小剂量米非司酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血(功血)的临床效果。方法 选取54例围绝经期功血患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各27例。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合小剂量米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后血清性激素水平。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.30%(26/27);对照组患者治疗总有效率为81.48%(22/27)。研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清E2、P、FSH及LH水平均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 围绝经期功血患者采用小剂量米非司酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗能够提升临床疗效,并改善患者性激素水平,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low dose mifepristone combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods 54 perimenopausal patients with functional blood were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the study group was treated with low dose mifepristone on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,serum sex hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.30%(26/27).The total effective rate of the control group was 81.48%(22/27).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum estradiol(E),progesterone(P),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum E,P,FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of low-dose mifepristone combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with functional blood can improve the clinical efficacy and sex hormone levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
