经腹部及经阴道超声诊断输卵管残端妊娠合并宫内妊娠1例

Transbal stump pregnancy with intrauterine pregnancy was diagnosed by abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound

本研究通过观察与分析1例输卵管残端妊娠合并宫内妊娠的经腹部及经阴道超声表现特点及发生原因,进一步探索分析此疾病的发病诱因、诊断、治疗及预防。对于有输卵管切除病史且再次妊娠者,超声检查发现宫内妊娠后还应仔细扫查双侧附件区及双侧宫角部,警惕宫内妊娠合并输卵管残端妊娠的可能,避免漏诊,为临床早期诊治提供可靠的依据。

In this study,we observed and analyzed the characteristics and causes of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in a case of tubal stump pregnancy complicated with intrauterine pregnancy,and further explored and analyzed the inducement,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of this disease.For patients with a history of salpingectomy,the bilateral adnexal area and bilateral corner of the uterus should be carefully scanned after intrauterine pregnancy detected by ultrasound,to alert the possibility of intrauterine pregnancy combined with tubal stump pregnancy,avoid missed diagnosis,and provide reliable basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
