标准化病人结合医学模拟技术在妇产科教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨标准化病人(SP)结合医学模拟技术在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法 选取90名2019级临床医学专业实习生,使用随机数字表法分成研究组与对照组,各45名。对照组按照传统教学方式,研究组在对照组基础上应用SP结合医学模拟技术的教学方式。比较两组临床实践技能、期末考核成绩及教学评价情况。结果 研究组临床实践技能(病史采集、体格检查和医患沟通)评分分别为(92.54±3.28)、(89.67±4.13)、(96.61±3.93)分,均高于对照组的(85.23±4.55)、(83.40±4.26)、(87.52±3.49)分,期末考核成绩(86.17±9.82)分明显高于对照组(81.33±7.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组沟通能力、问题解决能力、自主学习能力及合作能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妇产科教学中SP结合医学模拟技术的应用,能够实现良好的教学效果,改善临床教学弊端,有利于实习生专业知识与临床综合能力的提升。 Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patient(SP) combined with medical simulation technology in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods 90 clinical medical interns of grade 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,45 in each group.The control group was taught in accordance with the traditional way,and the research group was taught in combination with SP and medical simulation technology on the basis of the control group.The clinical practice skills,final examination scores and teaching evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical practice skills(history taking,physical examination and doctor-patient communication)in the study group were(92.54±3.28),(89.67±4.13) and(96.61±3.93),which were higher than those in the control group(85.23±4.55),(83.40±4.26) and(87.52±3.49),respectively.The final examination score(86.17±9.82) was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.33±7.49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of communication ability,problem-solving ability,self-directed learning ability and cooperation ability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardization of obstetrics and gynecology teaching and the application of medical simulation technology can achieve good teaching effect,improve the disadvantages of current clinical teaching,and improve students’ professional knowledge and comprehensive clinical ability.
