人文关怀在宫外孕护理中的应用价值

Application value of humanistic care in ectopic pregnancy nursing

目的 探讨宫外孕护理中应用人文关怀的效果,为该类患者护理模式的选择提供参考依据。方法 选取30例宫外孕患者,患者均采取腹腔镜下宫外孕手术治疗。根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组15例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用人文关怀。比较两组患者心理状态、护理依从性、术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生率及生活质量。结果 护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总依从率(100%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在宫外孕患者护理中应用人文关怀可改善其心理状态,提高护理依从性,促进病情康复,降低并发症发生率,且提升生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of applying humanistic care in ectopic pregnancy nursing,so as to provide reference for the choice of nursing mode for such patients.Methods Thirty patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected,and all patients were treated with laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,15 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,nursing compliance,postoperative recovery,incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the nursing of ectopic pregnancy patients can improve their psychological state,improve their nursing compliance,promote disease rehabilitation,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life,and has clinical application value.
