子宫内膜异位症的诊治研究进展

Research progress in diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是妇科常见的良性疾病,可引起痛经、盆腔疼痛、月经改变以及不孕等症状,对女性的生活质量造成严重影响。本研究从EMs的病因、病理分型、症状及体征、诊断、检查、治疗目的以及预防等方面着手,对近年来EMs的相关研究进行综述,为临床防治EMs提供参考。

Endometriosis(EMs)is a common benign disease in Department of Gynecology,which can cause dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,menstrual change,infertility and other symptoms,and has a serious impact on women’s quality of life.In this study,literatures on the etiology,pathological classification,symptoms and signs,diagnosis,examination,treatment purpose and prevention of EMS in recent years were reviewed to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of EMS.
