全程优质护理干预在慢性子宫内膜炎患者中的临床效果

Clinical effect of whole course high quality nursing intervention in treatment of patients with chronic endometritis

目的探讨全程优质护理干预在慢性子宫内膜炎患者中的临床效果。方法选取本院2019年12月至2021年1月收治的慢性子宫内膜炎患者94例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组患者给予常规妇科护理干预,观察组患者给予全程优质护理。比较两组临床症状消失时间、护理满意率。结果观察组下腹坠痛消失时间、白带异常消失时间、盆腔疼痛消失时间短于对照组,护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将全程优质护理应用于慢性子宫内膜炎患者中,有助于提高护理质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of whole course high quality nursing intervention in treatment of patients with chronic endometritis.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic endometritis in authors’hospital from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine gynecological nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given whole course high quality nursing.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of abdominal bearing-down pain,disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea and disappearance time of pelvic pain in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,while the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of whole course high quality nursing in treating patients with chronic endometritis is helpful to improve the quality of nursing and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
