全子宫切除患者住院期间的心理状态及临床护理干预效果

Psychological state and effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with total hysterectomy during hospitalization

目的分析全子宫切除患者住院期间的心理状态及临床护理干预效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的行全子宫切除的68例患者作为研究对象。对所有患者进行心理状态问卷调查,并针对调查结果进行相应的护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估所有患者护理干预前后的心理状态;比较所有患者护理干预前后各项症状自评评分及护理满意度。结果护理干预后,患者SAS、SDS评分低于护理干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,患者各项症状自评评分低于护理干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者顺利完成手术,护理满意度为100.00%。结论根据全子宫切除患者心理状态实施相应的护理干预,可有效稳定患者情绪,提高其治疗配合度,并改善患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the psychological status and effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with total hysterectomy during hospitalization.Methods A total of 68 patients with total hysterectomy from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were investigated by psychological state questionnaire,and the corresponding nursing intervention was performed according to the results of investigation.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the psychological states of all the patients before and after nursing intervention;the self-assessment scores of symptoms and nursing satisfaction degree were compared before and after nursing intervention in all the patients.Results After nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in all the patients were significantly lower than those before nursing intervention(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the self-assessment scores of symptoms were significantly lower than those before nursing intervention in all the patients(P<0.05).Operation was successfully performed in all the patients,and the nursing satisfaction degree was 100.00%.Conclusion According to the psychological state of patients with total hysterectomy,the implementation of corresponding nursing intervention can effectively stabilize patients’emotions,improve their therapeutic compatibility,and improve patients’qualities of life.
