冰冻切片诊断卵巢肿瘤的价值研究

Value of frozen section in diagnosis of ovarian tumor

目的探讨冰冻切片诊断妇产科卵巢肿瘤的应用价值。方法选择本院2019年1月至2020年1月104例妇产科女性卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,以术后病理诊断结果为参照,记录冰冻切片诊断和术后病理诊断的符合率。结果本研究结果显示,冰冻切片诊断恶性肿瘤、良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤与病理诊断的符合率分别为95.74%、97.44%、83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后病理诊断结果显示,34例患者的冰冻切片来源于体腔上皮,35例来源于性索间质,35例来源于生殖细胞。冰冻切片诊断符合率分别为94.12%、94.29%、94.29%。结论冰冻切片诊断妇产科卵巢肿瘤有较高的诊断符合率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application value of frozen sections in diagnosing ovarian tumors in department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 104 ovarian tumor patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as study objects,and the diagnostic coincidence rate between frozen section and postoperative pathology was recorded taking postoperative pathological diagnosis as reference.Results The results of this study showed that the coincidence rates of malignant tumor,benign tumor,borderline tumor diagnosed by frozen section and pathological diagnosis were 95.74%,97.44%,83.33%,respectively(P<0.05).Postoperative pathological diagnosis showed that the frozen sections of 34 patients were derived from coelomic epithelium,35 from sexual cord stroma,and 35 from germ cells.The diagnostic coincidence rates of frozen sections were 94.12%,94.29%and 94.29%,respectively.Conclusion Frozen section in diagnosis of ovarian tumor in department of obstetrics and gynecology has a high coincidence rate,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
