健康教育对盆腔炎住院患者的效果分析

Effect of health education for inpatients with pelvic inflammatory disease

目的分析健康教育对盆腔炎住院患者的效果。方法选取本院妇科诊治的100例盆腔炎住院患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组50例实施常规护理,研究组50例实施健康教育,观察两组疾病认知评分、生活质量评分、遵医行为评分以及焦虑评分、抑郁评分和满意度情况。结果研究组总满意率为98.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理结束后,研究组疾病认知评分、生活质量评分及遵医行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理结束后,研究组焦虑和抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够加深盆腔炎住院患者对疾病的认识,提升临床依从性及满意度,改善患者生活质量,减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪。

Objective To analyze effect of health education for inpatients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 100 inpatients with pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed and treated in gynecology department of our hospital were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n=50)received routine nursing and the study group(n=50)received health education.The disease cognition score,quality of life score,medical compliance behavior score,anxiety score and depression score and satisfaction after nursing were observed.Results The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of disease cognition,quality of life and compliance behavior in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education for inpatients with pelvic inflammatory disease can deepen patients’understanding of the disease,improve clinical compliance and satisfaction,enhance patients’quality of life and relieve anxiety and depression.
