妈富隆治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的效果观察探讨

Observation and discussion on the effect of maflon in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding in adolescence

目的观察妈富隆治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的效果。方法选择78例于2019年6月-2021年6月来我院治疗青春期功能性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间随机均匀分成对照组和研究组,对照组患者采用倍美力治疗,研究组患者采用妈富隆治疗,对比两组患者出血得到控制的时间、止血时间以及子宫内膜厚度,并记录患者恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者临床治愈率为84.87%明显高于对照组的74.35%,符合统计学原理(χ^(2)=6.30,P<0.05);研究组患者在控制出血时间、止血时间以及子宫内膜厚度上效果明显优于对照组,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;研究组患者治疗过程中的不良反应发生率为5.12%明显低于对照组的20.51%,符合统计学原理(χ^(2)=4.12,P<0.05)。结论如果将妈富隆药物用于青春期功能性子宫出血患者治疗,可以明显缩短控制出血时间及完全止血时间,综合治疗效果更好,不良反应发生率极低,患者各项功能能快速恢复,用药安全性良好,值得在临床治疗中应用,具有推广意义。

Objective To observe the effect of mafuron on functional uterine bleeding in adolescence.Methods a total of 78patients with adolescent functional uterine bleeding who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the time of admission,the patients were randomLy and evenly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with Bemeilex,and the study group was treated with maflon.The bleeding control time,hemostatic time and endometrial thickness of patients in the two groups were compared,and the recovery and complications of patients were recorded.Results The clinical cure rate of the study group was 84.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.35%),which was statistically consistent(χ^(2)=6.30,P<0.05).Patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group in controlling bleeding time,hemostatic time and endometrial thickness,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.12%,which was significantly lower than 20.51%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.12,P<0.05).conclusion If the drug therapy for patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding of mom rich grand treatment,can significantly shorten the bleeding time control and the bleeding time,comprehensive treatment effect is better,a very low incidence of adverse reactions,patients with various functions can quickly restore,medication safety is good,the application worth in the clinical treatment,promote the significance.
