超声实时引导腰硬联合麻醉在老年股骨颈骨折患者麻醉中的应用效果

Application effect of real-time ultrasound-guided combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures

目的探讨超声实时引导腰硬联合麻醉在老年股骨颈骨折患者麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月-2021年4月我院收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者90例,根据麻醉方式的不同分为两组,对照组应用全身麻醉,研究组应用超声实时引导腰硬联合麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、血液动力学相关指标水平等。结果研究组麻醉效果优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心率、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间、术后清醒时间、意识恢复时间、麻醉生效时间、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发生发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年股骨颈骨折患者麻醉中,超声实时引导腰硬联合麻醉效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of real-time ultrasound-guided combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different anesthesia methods.The control group received general anesthesia,and the research group received real-time ultrasound guided combined spinal and epidural anesthesia.Anesthesia effect and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Conclusion In the anesthesia of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,the real-time ultrasound-guided combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is effective,and it should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
