分析米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产的临床效果及对并发症发生率的影响

To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with uterine evacuation in the treatment of missed abortion and its influence on the incidence of complications

目的分析米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产的临床效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2020.1月-2021.4月我院收治的64例稽留流产患者,采用随机抽签法,分为实验组32例(米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗)、对照组32例(清宫术治疗),比较两组患者临床效果及并发症发生率。结果两组稽留流产患者不全流产率和未流产率没有显著差异,实验组稽留流产患者完全流产率高于对照组患者,P<0.05;实验组稽留流产患者妊娠物排出时间(6.69±2.45)h比对照组(11.86±3.56)h短,P<0.05。实验组稽留流产患者阴道流血量(68.58±8.95)ml比照组(102.42±13.25)ml少,P<0.05;实验组稽留流产患者并发症发生率6.25%低于对照组25%,P<0.05。结论稽留流产患者在临床实施清宫术治疗时,联合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物,能够减少患者术中阴道出血量,优化完全流产率,还能够有效降低药物服用之后并发症发生率,是一种比较有效安全的治疗方案。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with uterine evacuation in the treatment of missed abortion and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods:A total of 64 patients with missed abortion who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group of 32 cases(mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with uterine evacuation)and the control group of 32 cases(The clinical effect and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the rate of incomplete abortion and non-abortion between the two groups of missed abortion patients.The complete abortion rate of the patients with missed abortion in the experimental group was higher than that of the patients in the control group,P<0.05;h was shorter than that of the control group(11.86±3.56),P<0.05.The vaginal bleeding volume of patients with missed abortion in the experimental group was(68.58±8.95)ml less than that in the control group(102.42±13.25)ml,P<0.05;the incidence of complications in patients with missed abortion in the experimental group was 6.25%lower than that in the control group(25%),P<0.05.Conclusion:When patients with missed abortion are treated with uterine evacuation,the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol can reduce the amount of intraoperative vaginal bleeding,optimize the complete abortion rate,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications after taking the drug.,is a relatively effective and safe treatment.
