摘要
目的探讨早期康复训练与电刺激生物反馈联合治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果。方法选择2019年1月-2021年2月我院收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者74例,随机分为对照组(n=37,早期康复训练)和观察组(n=37,早期康复训练、电刺激生物反馈联合)。结果治疗有效率,观察组(94.59%),显著高于对照组的(75.68%),(P<0.05)。治疗后,盆底肌肌力,观察组高于对照组,尿失禁程度、盆腔脱垂程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ALPP、MUCP、Qmax显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练与电刺激生物反馈联合治疗产后压力性尿失禁,可强化盆底肌肌力,减轻尿失禁程度及盆腔脱垂程度,改善尿流动力学,获得良好的疗效。
Objective To explore effect of early rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods 74 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence from January 2019 to February 2021 were into control group(n=37,early rehabilitation training)and observation group(n=37,early rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback).Results In observation group,effective rate(94.59%)was higher than control group(75.68%),(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength of pelvic floor muscle was higher than control group,degree of urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse were lower than control group(P<0.05).ALPP,muCP and Qmax were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence can strengthen pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce degree of urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse,improve urodynamics and obtain good curative effect.
