门诊妇科护理中开展优质护理服务的体会

Experience of developing high-quality nursing service in outpatient Gynecological Nursing

目的通过进行对比试验研究在门诊妇科护理中开展优质护理服务的临床效果。方法实验对象选自于我院妇科门诊在2019年1月至2021年1月之间诊治的病患共有134人,并将他们分为两组,一组是参照组有67人,本组病患采用妇科门诊常规的护理服务措施即可;另一组是实验组有67人,本组病患在常规门诊护理措施的基础上加入优质护理服务的内容。在实验期间对比两组病患之间的护理质量评分、不良事件的发生率以及对护理服务的满意度。结果实验组病患的护理评分结果相对于参照组来说有很明显的优势(P<0.05);而在统计两组病患不良事件的发生率时,实验组病患的发生率5.97%与参照组病患的26.87%相比,差异显著且P<0.05;最后对两组病患就护理服务的满意度进行问卷调查,实验组病患对护理的满意度为97.01%,相对于参照组病患的满意度74.63%来说,具有很明显的优势且P<0.05。结论开展优质护理服务不仅能够提高妇科门诊的护理质量,还能减少不良事件的发生率,有效缓解了病患们紧张焦虑的情绪,进一步提高了她们对护理服务的满意度,值得开展实施。

Objective To study the clinical effect of high-quality nursing service in outpatient Gynecological Nursing through comparative experiment.Methods a total of 134 patients were selected from the gynecological clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021.They were divided into two groups.One group was the reference group,with 67 patients.The patients in this group could use the routine nursing measures of gynecological clinic;The other group was the experimental group,with 67 patients.The patients in this group added the content of high-quality nursing service on the basis of routine outpatient nursing measures.During the experiment,the nursing quality score,the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction with nursing services between the two groups were compared.Results the nursing score of patients in the experimental group had obvious advantages over that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 5.97%compared with 26.87%in the reference group(P<0.05);Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of patients in the two groups.The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 97.01%,which had a significant advantage compared with 74.63%in the reference group,and P<0.05.Conclusion the development of high-quality nursing service can not only improve the nursing quality of gynecological clinic,but also reduce the incidence of adverse events,effectively alleviate the tension and anxiety of patients,and further improve their satisfaction with nursing service,which is worthy of implementation.
