个性化护理干预应用于2型糖尿病并子宫肌瘤护理价值研究

Nursing value of individualized nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and uterine leiomyoma

目的对于2型糖尿病伴子宫肌瘤患者采用个性化护理干预的临床价值。方法抽取2019年5月~2021年4月本院74例2型糖尿病伴子宫肌瘤患者,随机数字表法分组,对照组为常规护理,观察组联合应用个性化护理干预,比较2组患者的血糖控制效果、并发症率以及护理满意度。结果护理前2组FBG、2hPG对比P>0.05,护理后FBG、2hPG观察组低于对照组P<0.05;并发症率观察组为2.70%,对照组为18.92%,P<0.05;护理满意度观察组为100.00%,对照组为89.19%,P<0.05。结论对于2型糖尿病伴子宫肌瘤患者运用个性化护理干预可控制其血糖水平、降低并发症率及和谐护患间关系。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of personalized nursing intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with uterine fibroids.Methods a total of 74 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2021 were selected and divided into groups by random number table method,the control group was routine care,and the observation group was combined with personalized care intervention to compare the glycemic control effect,complication rate as well as the satisfaction of care between the 2 groups.Results the FBG and 2hPG of the 2 groups before nursing were compared P>0.05,and the FBG and 2hPG of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group P<0.05;Complication rate was 2.70%in the observation group and 18.92%in the control group,P<0.05;Nursing satisfaction it was 100.00%in the observation group and 89.19%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion personalized care intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes associated with uterine fibroids can control their blood glucose levels,reduce complication rates and harmonious nurse patient relationship.
