妇科肿瘤患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况研究

Study on the Use of Antibacterial Drugs in the Perioperative Period of Gynecological Tumor Patients

目的研究妇科肿瘤患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法选取100例妇科肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组为过抗菌药物使用方式,观察组为整改后的抗菌药物使用方式。比较两组对抗生素药物的使用情况及合理应用抗菌药物的效果。结果观察组给药时机合理率、用药疗程及抗菌药物的使用率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在各项抗菌药物种类选择方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤患者围手术期中使用抗菌药物时需要按照手术切口选择,保证能够有效减少术后感染情况,避免抗生素滥用情况。

Objective To study the use of antibiotics in gynecological tumor patients during perioperative period.Methods 100 cases of gynecological tumor patients as research objects,divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was used for the use of antibiotics,and the observation group was the use of antibiotics after rectification.The use of antibiotics and the effect of rational use of antibiotics were compared between the two groups.Results The rational rate of medication timing,medication course and utilization rate of antibiotics in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the selection of various antimicrobial drugs between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of antibiotics in the perioperative period of gynecological tumor patients should be selected according to the surgical incision to ensure that the postoperative infection can be effectively reduced and the abuse of antibiotics can be avoided.
