Objective To explore the application effect of implementing evidence-based nursing practice procedures in the in-hospital transfer of critically ill obstetrics and gynecology patients in the emergency department, and to analyze and discuss it.Methods 98 patients with critical illness in obstetrics and gynecology treated in emergency department were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing procedures, while the observation group carried out evidence-based nursing practice procedures. The transport time and the incidence of adverse events during transport were compared between the two groups. Results The B-ultrasound examination time and transfer time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during transit in the observation group was 8.16%,which was significantly lower than 26.53%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing practice procedures in the in-hospital transfer of critically ill obstetrics and gynecology patients in the emergency department can shorten the transfer time and reduce the occurrence of adverse events during the transfer.
