分析助产士人性化护理方案对高龄产妇情绪评分、产程及剖宫产率的影响

Analysise of the Effect of Midwife Humanized Nursing Program on the Emotional Score,Labor Process and Cesarean Section Rate of Advanced Maternal Age

目的探讨助产士人性化护理方案对高龄产妇情绪评分、产程及剖宫产率的影响。方法选取128例收治住院的高龄产妇,依据抽签法将产妇分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组实施常规护理服务,观察组实施助产士人性化护理方案。对比两组产妇情绪评分、总产程、剖宫产率。结果观察组产妇心理状态情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产程为(8.14±1.51)h,短于对照组的(12.01±2.59)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率为28.13%,低于对照组的54.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士人性化护理方案能够有效调节高龄产妇不良情绪,缩短产妇产程时间,降低剖宫产率,提高分娩效果。

Objective To explore the effect of midwife humanized nursing program on emotional score,labor process and cesarean section rate of senile puerpera.Methods 128 hospitalized elderly parturients were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,the parturients were divided into the control group and the observation group,64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing service,while the observation group was given midwife humanized nursing program.The emotional score,total labor stage and section power were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of maternal mental state and emotion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The labor duration of the observation group was(8.14±1.51)h,which was lower than that of the control group(12.01±2.59)h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the observation group was 28.13%,which was lower than 54.69%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing program of midwives can effectively regulate the adverse emotions of elderly parparas,shorten the time of labor,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and improve the effect of delivery.
