摘要 虚拟现实技术支持的沉浸式虚拟游戏可以提升学习者的学习体验和学习成效,而工业4.0时代的高校需要基于学习者特征培养人才的核心能力。在此背景下,文章通过对比实验,探讨了学习者特征对沉浸式虚拟游戏学习体验和学习成效的影响,结果发现:学习者的人格特征对沉浸式虚拟游戏学习体验具有显著影响,而沉浸倾向对沉浸式虚拟游戏学习体验中的沉浸感、心流具有显著影响,但对代入感的影响不明显;学习者特征对学习兴趣激发的影响不明显,但在一定时间内对学习成绩具有显著影响。文章的研究可为高校数字化转型和个性化教学模式设计提供理论指导,并对科学评价沉浸式虚拟游戏的学习成效具有重要的实践价值。 Immersive virtual games supported by virtual reality technology can improve learners’ learning experience and learning effectiveness.However,universities and colleges need to cultivate talents’ core competence based on learners’ characteristics in the Industry 4.0 era.Under this context,this paper discussed the influence of learners’ characteristics on the learning experience and learning effectiveness of immersive virtual games through comparative experiments.It was found that learners’ personality characteristics had a significant impact on the learning experience of immersive virtual games.Meanwhile,the impact of immersion tendency on the immersion sense and mental flow in the learning experience of immersive virtual games was significant,but on the substitution sense was not obvious.In addition,the influence of learners’ characteristics on learning interest motivation was not obvious,but the influence on learning performance in a certain period of time was significant.The research in this paper could provide theoretical guidance for digital transformation and personalized teaching model design in universities and colleges,and had an important practical value for the scientific evaluation of immersive virtual games’ learning effectiveness.
