基于志愿者视角下的医院志愿服务工作现状与发展对策

The current situation and development countermeasures of hospital volunteer service based on the perspective of volunteers

目的了解天津市医院志愿者服务工作现状及影响因素,提出相应对策建议,为促进天津市整体医疗志愿服务的发展提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样对天津市某三甲医院544名参与医院志愿服务的志愿者进行调查分析,问卷有效回收率达98.16%。结果调查发现志愿者中在校学生最多,占比达64.41%,志愿者对志愿服务以及自身都有着较高的评价,但志愿服务的内容、服务对象、志愿者个人时间因素也严重影响着志愿者参与某项志愿服务。结论医院志愿服务中,志愿者作为服务的供给方直接影响着服务质量水平,因此,在实际运行中要充分考虑志愿者和患者双向需求,对制度、职责、体系的建立等方面进行完善和创新,从而打造出健康、持续、高速发展的志愿服务体系。

Objective In order to understand the current situation and influencing factors of hospital volunteer service in Tianjin,to put forward corresponding countermeasures and advise,so that it can provide the basis for the development of Tianjin’s overall medical volunteering service.Methods An overall random sampling was taken for a third-class hospital in Tianjin,which contained 544 volunteers who taken part in the medical volunteer service.And the recovery of questionnaire was 98.16%.Results The survey found that most of the volunteers were students,accounting for 64.41%.The volunteers thought highly of the volunteer service and themselves,but the content of the volunteer service,and the service object and the volunteer’s timing factor had a serious impact on the result.Conclusion In hospital volunteer service,volunteers,as service providers,directly affect the level of service quality.Therefore,in the actual operation,the two-way needs of volunteers and patients should be fully considered,and the system,responsibilities,and system establishment should be improved and innovated.So as to create a healthy,sustainable and rapid development of volunteer service system.
