门急诊党支部党建与业务工作深度融合探讨

Explore of deep integration of party building and business work in outpatient and emergency party branches

党支部是医院科室发展的坚强战斗堡垒,将党支部的建设和科室业务工作有机融合有非常重要的意义。本文以柳州市工人医院门急诊党支部党建工作为例,通过创建“B+T+N”运行模式,将党建与业务工作深度融合,通过“B+T+N”党建模式的作用、措施、效果、经验4个方面进行分析研究,以期对其他基层党组织开展党建工作与医疗业务的融合工作提供交流和借鉴。

Party branch is a strong fighting fortress for the development of hospital departments.It is of great significance to integrate the construction of Party branch with the business work of departments.This paper takes the Party building work of the outpatients and the emergency branch of Liuzhou Workers’Hospital as an example.By creating the“B+T+N”operation mode,the Party building and business work are deeply integrated,and the role,measures,effect and experience of the“B+T+N”Party building mode are analyzed and studied,so as to provide exchange and reference for other grassroots party organizations to carry out the integration of Party building work and medical services.
