摘要
对一家医院来说,医务人员的核心价值观直接反映了他们的集体认知和共性判断,他们对核心价值观的认同程度,决定了这所医院的内在气质、外在形象以及其发展轨迹,是医院核心竞争力不断创新的不竭动力。医院党建引领培育核心价值观,需要从社会主义核心价值观、中国传统医学道德、现代医学精神中吸取养分;需要坚持常态化、具体化、形象化、生活化;需要抓好文化建设、制度建设、榜样建设三条路径。
For a hospital,the core values of medical staff directly reflect their collective cognition and common judgments.Their recognition of the core values determines the internal temperament,external image and development trajectory of the hospital,which is an inexhaustible driving force for the innovation of the hospital’s core competitiveness.The cultivation of core values under the guidance of hospital Party building requires absorbing nutrients from socialist core values,Chinese traditional medical ethics and modern medical spirit.It is necessary to adhere to normalization,concretization,visualization and living.We need to pay attention to the three paths of cultural construction,system construction and model construction.
