摘要
从双因素理论的视角分析新冠疫情防控时期医院志愿服务存在的问题,据此制定提高职工志愿者积极性和服务效能的对策,包括通过改善保健因素,减少不满情绪产生,稳定志愿者队伍,同时利用激励因素提升职工志愿者的服务积极性和工作效率。使职工志愿者强化服务意识、优化服务质量,使患者享受到高效优质的服务,提高病人满意度,营造和谐稳定的医院氛围。
From the perspective of two-factor theory,this paper analyzes the problems in hospital volunteer service during the period of COVID-19 prevention and control,and accordingly formulates countermeasures to improve the enthusiasm and service efficiency of staff volunteers,including improving health care factors,reducing dissatisfaction,stabilizing the volunteer team,and using incentive factors to improve the service enthusiasm and work efficiency of staff volunteers,so as to make staff volunteers strengthen service awareness,optimize service quality,enable patients to enjoy efficient and high-quality services,improve patient satisfaction,and create a harmonious and stable hospital atmosphere.
