摘要
在新医改政策的推动下和新冠肺炎疫情之后,公立精神病专科医院的公益性更加凸显,而国家的补助资金往往远不能解决医院运行资金的短缺问题,这就要求公立精神病院的管理水平必须持续提升。作为公立医院管理模式的重要组成部分的绩效管理,它关系到广大职工切身利益,也关系到医院改革、发展;它是帮助公立医院持续提高竞争力和实现健康发展的最重要工具之一。文章分析了当前公立精神病院绩效管理存在的问题,探讨了公立精神病院绩效管理的对策。文章还探讨了绩效管理在提高精神病院管理水平和整体实力方面的重要作用。
Under the impetus of the new health care reform policy and in the wake of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the public interest of public psychiatric hospitals has become more prominent,and the state subsidy funds are often far from being able to solve the shortage of funds for hospital operation,which requires the management level of public psychiatric hospitals to be continuously improved.Performance management is an important component of the management model of public hospitals,which is related to the vital interests of the majority of staff,as well as to hospital reform and development.It is one of the most important tools to help public hospitals sustainably improve their competitiveness and achieve healthy development.The article analyses the current problems of performance management in public psychiatric hospitals and discusses countermeasures for performance management in public psychiatric hospitals.The article also discusses the important role of performance management in improving the management level and overall strength of psychiatric hospitals.
