随着我国公立医院改革进入深水区,在常态化疫情防控的大背景下,作为医院经济管理的重要组成部分,全面预算管理在规范医院经济运行、提高资金使用效率和优化资源配置方面发挥了积极作用。通过分析公立医院开展全面预算管理实施的背景、困难和挑战,本文对全面预算管理质量提升路径进行了相关探索,为进一步加强业务财务融合、提升精细化管理水平、促进公立医院高质量发展提供新思路。

With the reform of China’s public hospitals entering the deep-water area,under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control,as an important part of hospital economic management,comprehensive budget management has played an active role in standardizing hospital economic operation,improving the efficiency of capital use and optimizing resource allocation.By analyzing the background,difficulties and challenges of the implementation of comprehensive budget management in public hospitals,this paper explores relevant ways to improve the quality of comprehensive budget management,providing new ideas for further strengthening business and financial integration,improving refined management level,and promoting high-quality development of public hospitals.
