新冠肺炎疫情期间管控区域肿瘤患者医疗救治策略研究

A study of the medical treatment strategy of cancer patients in the controlled area during the epidemic period of COVID-19

肿瘤患者是受新冠疫情影响最大的患者群体之一,如何满足疫情管控区肿瘤患者的医疗救治是目前医疗机构的工作重点与难点。本文根据某肿瘤专科医院迎战奥密克戎疫情期间管控区域肿瘤患者医疗救治经验,总结出“建立医疗救治专班、明确职责分工、建立有效信息沟通机制、实行分类救治”等主要救治策略,及时、有效地满足了管控区肿瘤患者的诊疗需求,为其他医疗机构开展管控区域患者医疗救治工作提供参考。

Cancer patients were one of patient groups most affected by COVID-19.How to meet the needs of cancer patients in the controlled area during the epidemic period of COVID-19 is the focus and difficulty for medical institutions.Based on the strategy of medical treatment carried out by a cancer hospital during the Omicron epidemic,this paper summarizes the treatment strategies of“establishing a special medical treatment class,clarifying the division of responsibilities,establishing an effective information communication mechanism and implementing classified treatment”,which timely and effectively meets the diagnosis and treatment needs of cancer patients in the controlled area,and provides a reference for other medical institutions to carry out the medical treatment of patients in the controlled area.
