摘要
目的了解医院微信公众平台的使用情况,分析存在的问题,探索推进公众平台系统化的对策,以微信平台带动医院自身建设和发展,提高医疗资源使用效率。方法随机抽取南京市某三甲医院来院患者或家属200例进行问卷调查,并统计分析调查结果。结果调查对象多为中青年人,大多数人(77%)关注了医院微信公众平台,使用预约挂号功能的频率最高;用户对该平台总体“非常满意”率为16.9%,“满意”率为34.5%。结论公众对某医院公众平台总体满意度不高,对医院微信平台建设需要合理规划。
Objective This research is conducted to promote the systematization of the public platform through an investigation of the use of the public WeChat platform of a hospital,and to promote the construction and development of the hospital itself as well as the efficiency of the use of medical resources with the WeChat platform.Methods An analysis of data collected through a survey of 200 random patients in a Tertiary Hospital in Nanjing.Results The majority of the subjects were young or middle-aged people,and most of them followed the WeChat official account of the hospital.The frequency of using the appointment registration function is the highest.The overall“very satisfied”rate of the platform is 16.9%,and the“satisfactory”rate is 34.5%.Conclusion The general level of satisfaction of the public to hospital WeChat platform is not pleasing,and the construction of WeChat platform needs reasonable plannings.
