The role of “happy life club” in community diabetes management

目的研究在社区糖尿病管理中构建“快乐生活俱乐部”,深入分析该举措对社区糖尿病管理的影响,旨在维护社区人们身心健康。方法选择2020年1月—12月本社区服务中心医治50例糖尿病患者,根据随机数表法分组讨论,包括对照组与观察组,各组25例。对照组实施常规宣教及用药指导等,观察组则在此基础上构建“快乐俱乐部”。干预3个月,评估两组患者生理指标管理达标率、自我管理能力及健康行为依从性。结果经3个月管理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗、饮食及运动疗法依从性比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在社区糖尿病管理中,为糖尿病患者提供“快乐生活俱乐部”管理,利于患者间建立良好的沟通渠道,将血糖、血压指标控制在合理范围内,同时利于提升患者自我管理能力及依从性,值得应用与推广。

Objective To study the establishment of“happy life club”in community diabetes management and analyze the impact of this measure on community diabetes management so as to maintain the physical and mental health of people in the community.Methods From January to December 2020,50 patients with diabetes were selected to be treated by this community service center,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given routine education and medication guidance,while the observation group was given a“happy club”on this basis.After 3 months of intervention,the compliance rate of physiological index management,self-management ability and health behavior compliance of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results After 3 months of management,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of treatment,diet and exercise therapy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In community diabetes management,providing“happy life club”management for diabetic patients is conducive to establishing good communication channels between patients,controlling blood glucose and blood pressure indicators within a reasonable range,and improving patients’self-management ability and compliance.It is worth applying and promoting.
