三伏天灸疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的穴位配伍比较研究

A comparative study of the compatibility of sanfutian moxibustion therapy for allergic rhinitis

目的研究配伍取穴对三伏天灸疗法治疗变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的效果比较研究。方法将300例变应性鼻炎患者半随机分成常规组、减穴组、增穴组,每组各100例,分别接受三种三伏天灸疗法,经过2个疗程的治疗后,比较三种天灸治疗方案对患者血清总免疫球蛋白(Total serum immunoglobulin E,T-IgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)值的变化及对生活质量量表(Short Form-36 items health survey,简称SF-36)、鼻炎症状量表(allergic rhinitis symptom rating scale,简称RS)的影响。结果治疗后,常规组与减穴组的血清T-IgE以及血清ECP在治疗后有显著性差异(P<0.05),常规组与增穴组的血清T-IgE以及血清ECP在治疗后没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。常规组和减穴组在一次疗程后生活质量量表中的VT、BP、GH、SF有显著性差异(P<0.05),两个疗程后,VT、SF、GH(P<0.05)有显著性差异;常规组和增穴组两疗程后,SP-36各维度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。减穴组治疗一个疗程后RS评分与常规组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),但增穴组在治疗后RS评分与常规组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论三伏天灸疗法治疗变应性鼻炎有显著疗效,常规组治疗变应性鼻炎疗效明显优于减穴组,而与增穴组的临床疗效没有明显性差异。

Objective To study the effect of acupoint selection and compatibility on the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)with sanfutian moxibustion.Methods We divided 300 AR patients into three groups,including standard group(6 acupoints),control group1(4 acupoints),and control group2(8 acupoints),with 100 per group,treating them with three kinds of sanfutian moxibustion respectively.After two treatment courses,we compared the change of T-IgE,ECP,SF-36,and RS.Results After treatment,there was significant difference in serum t-IgE and serum ECP between the routine group and the acupoint reducing group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in serum t-IgE and serum ECP between the routine group and the acupoint increasing group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in VT,BP,GH and SF in the quality of life scale between the routine group and the acupoint reducing group after one course of treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in VT,SF and GH after two courses of treatment(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,there was no significant difference in all dimensions of sp-36 between the routine group and the acupoint increasing group(P>0.05).After one course of treatment,the RS score of the acupoint reducing group was significantly different from that of the routine group(P<0.05),but the RS score of the acupoint increasing group was not significantly different from that of the routine group(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanfutian moxibustion therapy has significant effect on allergic rhinitis.The effect of routine group on allergic rhinitis is obviously better than that of the acupoint reducing group,but there is no significant difference between the clinical effect of the acupoint increasing group and that of the acupoint reducing group.
