摘要
为了研究惰性气体对煤层气-煤粉混合燃烧火焰的影响,利用竖直开口的内径为68 mm,高为300 mm的哈特曼管,以煤层气-煤粉为研究对象,分析了CO_(2)和N_(2)对其混合燃烧火焰的影响.结果表明,当CO_(2)浓度为0,5%,10%,15%时,火焰的最大传播速度分别为7.1 m/s,4.6 m/s,3.8 m/s,2.6 m/s,随着CO_(2)浓度的增加,煤层气-煤粉混合燃烧的速率不断减小.当N_(2)的浓度为0,5%,10%,15%时,火焰的最大传播速度分别为7.1 m/s,6.9 m/s,4.2 m/s,3.9 m/s,随着N_(2)浓度的增加,煤层气-煤粉混合燃烧的速率不断减小.通过比较两种惰性气体对煤层气-煤粉混合燃烧的影响,可知CO_(2)对混合燃烧的火焰传播速度的影响比较显著.
In order to study the influence of inert gas on coalbed gas and coal dust mixed combustion flame,a Hartmann tube with a vertical opening of 68 mm and a height of 300 mm was used in the experiment.Taking coalbed gas and coal dust mixed combustion flame as the research object,the influence of CO_(2) and N_(2) was studied.The results show that when CO_(2) concentration was 0,5%,10%and 15%,the maximum propagation velocity of the flame was 7.1 m/s,4.6 m/s,3.8 m/s and 2.6 m/s,respectively.With the increase of CO_(2) concentration,the rate of coalbed gas and coal dust combustion decreased continuously.When N_(2) concentration was 0,5%,10%and 15%,the maximum flame propagation velocity was 7.1 m/s,6.9 m/s,4.2 m/s and 3.9 m/s,respectively.With the increase of N_(2) concentration,the rate of coalbed gas and coal dust combustion decreased continuously.By comparing the effects of two inert gases on the mixed combustion of coalbed methane and coal dust,the effect of carbon dioxide on the flame propagation velocity of the mixed combustion was significant.
