红花逍遥片联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗良性甲状腺结节气滞血瘀证的效果及对甲状腺功能的影响

Effect of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets Combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets on Thyroid Nodule with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome and Thyroid Function

目的探讨红花逍遥片联合左甲状腺素钠片对良性甲状腺结节气滞血瘀证患者临床效果及甲状腺功能的影响。方法选择2020年1—12月就诊的良性甲状腺结节气滞血瘀证80例,据治疗方法分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组予左甲状腺素钠片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用红花逍遥片治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后甲状腺结节最大横截面直径变化、甲状腺功能及自身抗体水平,以及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组甲状腺结节最大横截面直径小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后,2组血清促甲状腺素、甲状腺球蛋白抗体、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体水平较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗期间2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红花逍遥片联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗良性甲状腺结节气滞血瘀证效果显著,可改善甲状腺功能、甲状腺自身抗体水平,且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Honghua Xiaoyao tablets combined with Levothyroxine Sodium tablets on the clinical effect and thyroid function of patients with thyroid nodules with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Eighty cases of benign thyroid nodules with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected from January to December 2020.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the research group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was treated with Levothyroxine Sodium tablets,while the research group was treated with Honghua Xiaoyao tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical effects of the two groups,the changes of the maximum cross-sectional diameter of thyroid nodules,thyroid function and autoantibody levels before and after treatment,as well as adverse reactions during treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The maximum cross-sectional diameter of thyroid nodules in the two groups after treatment was smaller than that before treatment,and smaller in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum thyrotropin,thyroglobulin antibody and thyroid peroxidase antibody in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Honghua Xiaoyao tablets combined with Levothyroxine Sodium tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of thyroid nodules with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,which can improve thyroid function and thyroid autoantibody level,with good safety.
