摘要
为优化矿山法隧道施工椭圆双极线型聚能药包炮孔参数,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对聚能破岩进行数值模拟,利用灰色关联度法和熵值赋权法对爆破裂纹扩展情况进行分析,得到炮孔径向、轴向不耦合系数和炸药放置位置与裂纹扩展的关联度。结果表明:炮孔轴向不耦合系数对聚能爆破裂纹扩展效果影响最大,药包位置、炮孔直径影响次之。最佳爆破效果的炮孔参数组合为:轴向不耦合系数为1.25,炮孔直径为90 mm,药包位置为底部。研究结果可为矿山法隧道施工作业设计提供相关理论指导。
In order to study the weighted grey correlation analysis of optimizing the parameters of blast hole of shaped charge in tunnel construction by mining method,using ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the energy-concentrated rock breaking,analyzing the expansion of burst lines with methods of grey correlation and entropy weighting,the correlation degree between the parameters of the blast hole and the burst pattern was obtained.The results show that:the axial non-coupling coefficient the blast hole diameter has the greatest influence on the pattern performance,the explosive location and the blast hole diameter can be considered to have a considerable effect on the performance of the burst pattern expansion.The combination of blast hole parameters for the best blasting is that the axial non-coupling coefficient is 1.25,the blast hole diameter is 90 mm,the explosive is at the bottom.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the engineering application of mining method tunnel.
