摘要
新军事革命浪潮的到来以及国家创新驱动发展战略的实施,带来了各行业对人才需求的变化。为了解兵器行业内人才需求的真实情况,本研究针对57家兵器研究所、企事业单位进行调查分析。调查结果显示,刚入职的大学生存在“动手能力差”“专业知识不扎实”“缺乏吃苦耐劳精神”等问题,单位更注重“个人自我定位准确”“创新”“独立工作”等能力,大多单位希望学校采取“加强校企合作”“参加企业实习”等措施提高学生核心素养。兵器类人才核心素养包括知识、技能、能力和价值观等四个层面的内容,可以通过改革教学机制、创新实践模式、传承军工文化等三条路径进行培养,对应三条路径,又可分别采取将OBE融入教学理念、虚拟仿真融入兵工、开展课程思政以及军工文化教育等详细举措。
The new military revolution and the national innovation strategy have increased the demand for talents across the country. This article investigates the demands for talents of 57 weapon research institutes and enterprises. The investigation results show that early career graduates do not have adequate operational capability, solid expertise and arduous spirits, and employers tend to employ the graduates that have career goals and innovative and independent working capabilities. Therefore, most employers hope to cooperate with universities to increase the operational capabilities of graduates. The core capabilities of graduates, including knowledge, technique, capability and value, can be achieved through reforming education systems, innovating practice modes and promoting military industry cultures, and the relevant measures are the application of the OBE and virtual simulation teaching methods and undertaking curriculum ideological and political education and military culture education.
