Paths to Integrate Labor Education into Campus Cultures in the New Era

新时代对大学生劳动教育提出新要求。营造良好的校园文化对加强大学生劳动教育起着重要作用。当前,因认识不足、宣扬方式单调、价值导向不突出、缺乏整体规划等原因,高校校园文化建设中存在劳动教育弱化的现象,本文提出了用马克思主义劳动观指导校园文化建设,建立规章制度保障融入基础,从办学理念的精神文化中凝练劳动精神,构建“劳动+信念、培训、育人、服务”文化活动,促进劳动教育深度融合校园文化,提升大学生劳动教育质量,为国家培养优秀劳动者。

Good campus cultures play an important role in promoting the labor education of university students in the new era. However, due to the lack of correct understandings and effective propaganda methods, value orientation and overall plans, the labor education in universities has only achieved little progress. This paper suggests using Marxist views on labor to guide the construction of campus cultures, building sound regulations and systems, drawing labor spirits from the education philosophies of universities, carrying out “labor plus beliefs, training, education and service” activities, promoting the integration of labor education and campus cultures, increasing the labor education qualities of university students, and cultivating good workers for the country.
