交趾黄檀扦插繁育试验 被引量:1

摘要 以交趾黄檀为研究对象,通过试验设计研究了NAA使用浓度(A)、基质类型(B)及插穗长度(C)对交趾黄檀扦插生根率的影响;比较了不同插穗下切口型(D)对交趾黄檀扦插生根率的影响;将已生根的交趾黄檀扦插苗移栽至6种基质配方的容器袋中,对比了苗木成活率、苗高及地径生长情况。结果表明:NAA浓度1300 mg/L(A_(2))+纯黄心土(B_(1))+插穗长度12 cm(C_(2))组合最好,其生根率最高;比较3种插穗下切口型的扦插生根情况,以平切面(D_(1))和双削面(D_(3))的生根效果较优;将已生根的交趾黄檀扦插苗移栽至6种基质配方容器中,以E_(5)配方(黄心土∶泥炭土∶谷壳=5∶4∶1)的综合生长情况最佳。 Taking Dcdbergia cochinchinensi as the research object,the effects of NAA concentration(A),substrate type(B)and cutting length(C)on the rooting rate of Dcdbergia cochinchinensi cuttings were studied through experimental design.The effects of different incision types(D)on the rooting rate of Dcdbergia cochinchinensi cuttings were compared.The rooted Dcdbergia cochinchinensi cuttings were transplanted into containers with 6 kinds of substrate formulations,and the transplanted survival rate,seedling height and ground diameter growth were compared.The results showed that the combination of NAA concentration of 1300 mg/L(A_(2))+pure yellow heart soil(B_(1))+cutting length of 12 cm(C_(2))was the best,with the highest rooting rate.In the cutting experiments of the three cuttings under the incision type,the rooting effect of the flat-cut surface(D_(1))and the double-cut surface(D_(3))was better.The rooted cuttings of Dcdbergia cochinchinensi were transplanted into 6 kinds of substrate formula containers,and the comprehensive growth condition of E_(5) formula(yellow heart soil∶peat soil∶chaff=5∶4∶1)was the best.
